This is a professional service. Time, preparation, and availability are reserved exclusively for each client.
Cancellations and rescheduling
More than 24 hours before the session
Full reschedule or full credit.Between 12 and 24 hours before the session
50% of the session fee is charged.Less than 12 hours before the session
The session is fully charged.No-shows
The session is considered completed and non-refundable.
Repeated cancellations
Three consecutive cancellations result in a charge equivalent to one full session, regardless of notice.
How to cancel
All cancellations must be communicated by email.
Informal messages or late notices are not considered valid cancellations.
Exceptional situations
Real emergencies may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Flexibility is discretionary, not guaranteed.
This policy exists to protect the quality, consistency, and seriousness of the work we do together.
