Cancellation Policy

This is a professional service. Time, preparation, and availability are reserved exclusively for each client.

Cancellations and rescheduling

  • More than 24 hours before the session
    Full reschedule or full credit.

  • Between 12 and 24 hours before the session
    50% of the session fee is charged.

  • Less than 12 hours before the session
    The session is fully charged.

  • No-shows
    The session is considered completed and non-refundable.

Repeated cancellations

  • Three consecutive cancellations result in a charge equivalent to one full session, regardless of notice.

How to cancel

  • All cancellations must be communicated by email.

  • Informal messages or late notices are not considered valid cancellations.

Exceptional situations

  • Real emergencies may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Flexibility is discretionary, not guaranteed.

This policy exists to protect the quality, consistency, and seriousness of the work we do together.
